Dont go with horse paste unless absolutely necessary(you need to be careful with proper dosing and for a 5 year old i would say last resort). Visit front line doctors website. You will need to pay like 150$ for the online consultation, but they will let you know if same and at what dose. They can also put you in touch with a pharmacy they will dispense locally to you
