Gonna be unpopular, but too bad, fuck 'em. Let them all learn the hard way. Then when they go to the doctor because they want another, but can't, and are told they're both sterile, maybe, possibly then the lightbulb will light up.

Before then, these people are dangerously stupid. Maybe they're the ones that should be sterile.
