Why is the arch and the pyramid totally different resolutions? This looks shopped.

Ok, so apparently it's a scan from the original stock certificates from the day the company launched their IPO, it's an image dropped onto a certificate, so in 1991 that would make sense why it's different resolutions and odd looking, just old tech.
