No one could tell the USSR was collapsing at the time, but looking back it was obvious.

The same will be said with the plan. Once it happens, everything going on the last 6 years will make it look OBVIOUS in retrospect to be involved in a plan for the preparation of the populace for the declas of the full truth and “giving power back to you the people” in the most “clean and swift” way possible.
