Definitely what's happened with Dicktaker Dan in Victoria I reckon. His bribes came via CCP Belt and Road crap. Gladys got hers from pharma companies. Same puppet masters, different bagmen distributing the corrupting carrots. This blackmail and bribing of worldwide politicians all leads back to the same big club (not actually that big, they've just got the coin$).
