I watched a few minutes of a Dnesh DSouza video from a couple weeks ago saying that an imam said 6 million Muslims have converted to Christ recently. They've had visions of Jesus or He appeared to them in their dreams. It's a new phenomena to occur in such numbers and they don't understand it.
