I mean he said it was going to the court weeks ago. Now it isn’t. He just seems to hype things up a little too fast
He said it would be going to the supreme court if any Attorney General signs on, but sadly they're all too chicken shit to sign on to the case. That's why he said everyone needs to harass them with complaints until they do. Nothing can go forward without our help encouraging them to sign on.
It's really our fault it didn't go to the SCOTUS.
Right but shouldn’t he have known that when he first announced it? Don’t say you’re presenting it to the Supreme Court without the signatures
Supposedly they were making some changes requested by AG's and it's being re-distributed tomorrow, Friday Dec. 17th (I think) for AG signatures. Fingers crossed!
