Seeking a little knowledge frens on using z pack

Hello I have been taking Dr Z's vitamin regiment for months now and so far it's been working great but today I have tested positive for the Rona.

Anyone know the dosage change that I need to do at all? A link would be great.

very much so, also Coof is highly survivble with little to no intervention

If it were me I wouldnt do anything unless I became symptomatic, then I would follow normal dosage and ride it out
