My friend just got off the phone with the Red Cross and they are accepting blood from the vaccinated. I have seen several posts stating otherwise, could there be some areas that they don't or was that fake news?

It seems like Red Cross was, at some point, declining convalescent plasma from vaccinated individuals, but they're now trying to claim it was never the case.

Deceptive and two-faced behavior, much like Fauci.
