The military saluted him on 1/20 as a foreign dignitary, not as president.

So he is 'a' head of state, but it appears he is head of an occupation government, not the legitimate government of the United States.

If they view him n his admin as an occupying government, once were occupied a year we have military option. That'll be just before noon 1/20/22. Laws of occupation like in France WWII.
