Yes, I agree about the "PCR test"
I expect a very specialised lab test can tell the difference between the flu and a cold, but an ordinary PCR test can't . PCR isn't meant for diagnosis. We know this, Kary Mullis said so. PCR isn't a good test. Perhaps PCR and test should not be used in the same sentence
