We need easy access to local music and different types of music not being promoted by MSM FM radio. Easier access to healing music. Like the one Q posted. They know. If we can steal the music follwing from Youtube, it could be very successful for Trump Social while crushing Yotube. A win win.
Music is more than just music. Sounds effects your soul and your mind with vibrations. When you get goosebumps from hearing that good song. Thats a powerful chemical reaction that releases happiness to your brain. It brings people together. We need more rock and metal genre's to get exposure. Easier access to local artists. Allow some of these small timers to get some recognition without having to sell out to the beast. We have got to find a better way to promote real music that is outside of the MSM. So many bands/songs become unnoticed because they dont sign a major label. This oligopoly over the music industry needs to be shaken up. Music is power, and thats why its gone downhill rapidly in the last 20 years with such garbage they promote to our youth. I'd really love for Trump Social to shake up the MS music industry and youtubes grip on music.
How do I get a downvote for this when I can't even downvote posts? No comment for your downvote you smuck?
You can downvotes posts by turning OFF community styling. I think.
That said, HTF indeed. Music is Key. 🙏
Alright OP, you kind of got Effed with this submission. That's a bummer but it happens. Personally, I'm 100% with you on this. Slyver wanted to get into free market economics with you, and no one else said a thing. That's a downer. But LOL, And So It Goes.
Keep on Truckin'.
Yeah. For some reason he's stuck on this "megamonoply" idea when all I'm saying is to compete against youtube for a better music scene. But I want to promote more local artist and have a better platform for sharing local music as well as a place to really feel good sounds that can help people with anxiety. Not really sure why someone wouldn't want that...lol. It has to takes something like TS to promote that due to their large immediate influx of followers due to Trump. Something a new website wouldn't have. Doesn't really seem like he understands why TS is so important right now for our culture and ideological understanding.
I don't really understand this sub, I don't post often. it's like my posts get between 15 and 50 up votes. I hardly ever get much discussion. Though it just seems like they lose steam and aren't seen anymore. I was surprised no one else posted in the thread TBH.
We don't need "Trump Social" to solve all our media problems. We don't want to trade one megamonopoly for another.
I'd much rather have Trump Social be the one rather than YouTube. You want democrat corrupt controlled media to be as strong Trump Social? That's just silly. We need to completely reck them in the market for what they have done to conservatives and banning our voices.
How do you get this out of what I said?
Reading what a person is actually saying, and not injecting what you want them to be saying into it, is really important for having productive conversations.
What we need is a free market. Once we have a free market, all the problems take care of themselves. We don't need to force all markets into another megamonopoly. That is not the path. The path is for We The People to create a new marketplace, one that is free.
I got that from what you said, because you are basically saying that we shouldn't use music to our advantage to compete with YouTube. As you said "to solve all of our media problems". I never said it should solve all of our media problems. I said it should be used to provide a better music platform than YouTube inorder to steal their market share. That is how the free market works. It would be very beneficial to Trump Social and the musicians who go unheard due to the oligopoly over the music industry. Again. A win win. My post did not imply that all markets should go to Trump Social, only that Trump Social has a better music platform.
Nope, never said anything like this.
Instead you injected these words into what I said. This does not help with productive conversation.
As for the rest of what you said, you have addressed your point. What I think you are saying is that you believe that music is a particularly important medium of information and entertainment, and that there should be a well known alternative to Youtube. I say "well known" because there are alternatives, they just aren't popular and/or don't have the proper infrastructure to be popular. Of course if they did, they would get destroyed.
At least that is how it has been. I don't think it is necessarily that way anymore. I think the market might be more free now, we just don't realize it yet. This solution doesn't have to come from Trump, it can come from We The People, just like all the other solutions really need to.
So my response really remains the same. We don't need to work towards creating a new Megamonopoly. There are other ways.
Yes, creating a new megamonopoly is potentially part of a "free market." That is exactly what JD Rockefeller said about Standard Oil, which now rules the entire planet with the intent of enslaving us for all eternity.
Consolidating all the power into one place has always been harmful. I suggest we find another way. Create a new platform. Create stocks out of NFTs and offer it to the world bypassing their stock market (which is how they make the market not free). Use Truth Social to advertise it. This is the path forward. This is how We The People create our new (actually) free market.
Bringing harsh vibes to a Music discussion? I hope your day got better, Brother. 😁
I don't understand this comment.
My research has been in the construction of the Megamonopolies that created our fraudulent world. Looking to solutions that substitute one megamonopoly for another is imo a very poor idea, and misses the point of the GA (at least the economic part of it).
I was not having a bad day. I still am not having a bad day. I'm not sure how you get the implication that I was from what I said. Perhaps you should look into what I am saying instead of assuming I am...
Dissing music?
I don't even know what you thought I was saying, but it had nothing to do with anything like that.
Look before you leap...
to conclusions.
I have the utmost respect for you.
Buuuuut.....
You kind of turned this guy's optimistic post into a (not incorrect) Libertarian screed against One Company Not Being The Answer.
You're right it's not.
Perhaps you inadvertently trampled some seedlings here, ya dig? I feel like quoting Dazed and Confused.
Again, utmost, top 10 respect. But maybe next time look who's in the pool before doing a cannonball. 😁
The points both of you brought up in that sub thread were, IMO, important. We The People are absolutely going to need to solve the ENTIRE culture crisis, red to violet. These things do need to be decentralized and the entire concept of copyright monetization needs review.
I'd love to see someone post a thread about that.
In this thread I kind of just wanted to improv with some Jazz Cats.
Peace.
P.s. I still INSIST you need the Punisher skull flair. Haven't seen it around lately. Now I'm wondering if it was retired due to copyright. 😂
This is part of my report. Its taking a long time, its a really big report. Currently it is several hundred pages (500?), all primary evidence (or mostly). I will have to make it a fair bit smaller before I present it, but it's gonna be big. In exposure anyways, hopefully not too big in length.
We shall see, I'm working on it.
I spend 10-15 hours a day, 6-7 days a week looking at evidence of economic fuckery and the construction, psychological belief system manipulation, and nuances of The Matrix. It has become my entire life. Until I finish my report, I don't have a choice. If I am going to add to this war in a meaningful way, this work is it.
Because of that, a lot of my posts (when I have the time to look at things other than Laws, FOIA docs, government docs, old newspapers, etc.) are rather focused on the topics I am looking into. I no longer have any tolerance for people looking to the evils of the past as a solution to the future.
Having said that, I definitely could have been nicer about it.
Reporting back from THE FUTURE. I look forward to the Report.
And what you said about Waging War everywhere you see your talents needed - well I can't fault you for that.
Here's to fairly decentralized Music in the near future. 🍻
P.s. apologies for the tardiness. First hours I've had alone to clear up MY work in the month of December. Checks calendar Yikes!
