Lactoferrin was 73 bucks for 15 or so pills... Definitely not a daily part of the vitamin regime!
You can just drink milk!
Milk in stores is pasteurized, which denatures the protein.
You can get pretty good colostrum pills as a supplement. Or risk raw milk.
Lactoferrin is found in human and cow's milk :) Sucks to be a vegan.
