Newsom just declared that everyone indoors needs to wear a mask for the foreseeable future. I walked into my local Orange County Costco yesterday and was handed a mask at the door. They’ve never handed out masks - even during the first go around. They insisted I put it on... I didn’t have time to argue, so I put it on and let it dangle from one ear.
Newsom needs to be tied to the back of a semi truck and dragged up and down the state.
So in other words you complied, its not worth your future freedoms? I'd rethink your actions moving forward if you really want change, or just lay down like many others, and don't bitch about a damn thing when your freedoms slowly vanish, food for thought my friend.
No, I was pressed for time and I only half way complied, I didn’t cover my mouth or nose. If I had more time I would have resisted and probably been banned for life. For what it’s worth I was a needle in a haystack. Every goddamn person in that place was masked-up in comparison to a week ago, prior to Newsom’s announcement - when only half the store would have been wearing masks. This hill you wanted me to die on (in the moment) would have gone completely unnoticed.
I was illustrating that OC county wasn’t enforcing any sort of mask mandate for the past six months and then this week all of a sudden the whole county cucked. It’s disappointing because it was the only bastion left in Southern California that was resisting Newsome nonsense.
no one wore a mask but everyone has to show proof of vax in Nevada for gathers larger than a certain amount....I'm having to miss a conf there next April b/c they are requiring proof of vax....as of now. Hope this changes but not counting on it.
Nobody cares in riverside county except Costco. They handed my wife a mask at the door and she left it under her chin. Nobody enforcing anything, everyone is over it.

Yeah he apologized almost in tears for being in a photo with a confederate flag, didn't mind him until he sold out for a record deal.
I live in the bay area and more and more small businesses don't require masks anymore.
