Soy is in almost all store bought bread, crackers, chips, salad dressings, condiments, etc...I am trying to get it out of my house. Any thoughts?

Eat one ingredient foods ... beef, butter, bacon, eggs ... some vegs if you want.
All processed foods are crap ... big food is just as bad as big pharma ... they are feeding each other.
I only eat whole food (ie no processed food) plant based. Lost 30 lbs in 3 months, cholesterol went from 230 to 150, Bp went from 135/85 to 110/65. NO SOY at all. I also cut out all added sugar and oil. I feel great. Had to buy all new clothes though.
