Soy is in almost all store bought bread, crackers, chips, salad dressings, condiments, etc...I am trying to get it out of my house. Any thoughts?

Go keto, stop eating sugar, crackers chips and processed carbs. Focus on good fats like avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil and tea seed oil. Tea seed is the best oil. Try intermittent fasting (16 hours minimum of no eating, then 8 hour eating window). Been doing this for years and always feel like a champion.
