So like New York where media empires are based, that have pushed the "QAnon" conspiracy theory? or does she really mean people who believe the truth, and may research "Q" releated things?

If the former: nothing. If the later, put a muzzle on when going out and keep quiet or avoid 'pro-media, pro-biden, woke, and liberal' speeches. It's nice she admitted she has no control. Maybe she could have a hat "i'm mentally ill" to put on in case she breaks and dives into those types of speeches.
