So doing some more searching on bad-boys.us it seems the queries start as soon as Q came on the seen. The start date of the queries is end of October 2017 for each state. Also, the number of sealed criminal cases is 23,845 since end of October 2017 until now with 9,742 still sealed, if I'm reading the data correctly.
