I forwarded some document with that name on it and statements about quintrillion dollar accounts to Paul Craig Roberts a few years ago and he doubted its authenticity. I still wondered.

A. Clifton Hodges appears to be a real lawyer… although not what I’d call a reputable one.
I’m too exhausted to pursue this. At first glance it looks like real documents, but probably filed by some nutso lawyer.
Will be interested to see if anyone with more time/energy sees it differently.
