As interesting as this is, I'm really not for "global" or "world" or "UN" anything. That's drifting closer to one-world government. And I'm not sure how effective the ICC has been anyway since its inception.
Now charges here in the US or in the UK, that would really capture the world's attention.
I agree, but we have more hope of a hearing with local and state courts than we do with the SCOTUS. It seems the only justices with any intestinal fortitude are Gorsuch and Thomas.

George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and others were convicted of war crimes in absentia in a Malaysian court in 2012-
