Which form of iodine, though. Not betadine. But I have on hand two other iodine preparations.
Dilute what you have to a 1% solution. Here's a 6 minute video with him talking about it.

"Preventive and Treatment to COVID-19 – Dilute Povidone Iodine or Betadine ( a 1% solution) gargling and as a nasal spray on a regular basis twice a day for prevention and then if you have been exposed or are in early stages use at least 4 or potentially 6 times a day.
