It has a heck of a lot to do with outer space too, i.e. satellite constellation ops and such. One of the Space Force deltas is cyberspace ops, though. So yes cyber is deeply embedded in all Space Force does.
It has nothing to do with outer space. Satellites literally hang from high altitude balloons. 99% of communications are sent through wires. There's a lot you don't understand about the world we live in Mr handshake.
