The court has kept the stay in place in order for the trial to proceed. This denial also includes a scheduling order and dates to "expedite this case". the 11th Circuit will still hear this on the merits.
It’s back in fucking effect. My company just put out an email yesterday (as if on cue and waiting for the results) rolling out the testing program for us to begin first week of January.
Fuckers. Still a long time between now and January though. How’s the people in the company taking it? Do you have many people against it standing with you or are you by yourself?
What’s in January? Most of the company are just vaccinated sheep. We have a group of about 10% of the sales dept. We did learn something new though recently; almost all of us filed religious exemptions on the vax and were granted them. The last individual went rogue and said he was requesting an exemption based on the fact that it was unconstitutional, experimental at best, and violated the Nuremberg codes and that he was refusing. A week later he was granted an exemption. So bascially, what we learned is that private companies know they have no authority to force/mandate cuz this cat basically T-bagged them and they caved.
This testing protocol is ridiculous too and does nothing to prevent the spread or transmission. What it does though is 2 things; (1) gets people used to discriminating against another group of people ‘the unclean’, and (2) forces us to buy their tests.
I could test negative on Monday and then get sick Monday night and go into work Tuesday with a 103F fever. It prevents nothing but tries to get you ‘accustomed’ to big brother intrusion into your daily life and monitoring of your person under the guise of ‘health’. The tests are performed at home and we send a photo of the test result. I’ll be swabbing my dogs and cats for sure weekly for this. On second thought why risk their health, I’ll just swab a piece of fruit or dump some soda on the stick. If they want to spend their money on the tests and pay me a lot of money for one of my 40/hrs per week to do this and send in the results sobeit. One thing for sure this is a 2.5% decrease in productivity and they are paying for it.
So testing will be mandated by a test that has been proved to be unreliable: can’t differentiate from Covid, flu or a cold and will pick up dead dna turning results positive whe cycled above 16-20. The new test in 2022-how was it developed when Covid 19, omicron, and delta have not been isolated?
11th blocks the mandate and the 6th reinstated the mandate.
The clown world roller coaster ride is t a fun one... I want off
The news keeps getting better with this.
Yeah - But what is this crap from 20 mins ago: https://www.cnbc.com/2021/12/17/federal-court-reinstates-biden-administrations-business-vaccine-mandate.html
Dueling circuit courts, it seems.

Ok anyone else confused as shit. So did we win or lose? Is it in effect or not in effect?
