100 Can some LawFag please explain to me how the 6th Circuit is even allowed to overturn the 5th Circuit? I though only a higher court could do that. This was the sixth circuit court of appeals. This circuit is overseen by Kavanaugh. So he would have to agree to vote on an appeal. Then four justices would have to vote to hear the appeal.
Kavanaugh has cucked on us a number of times already.
