Can some LawFag please explain to me how the 6th Circuit is even allowed to overturn the 5th Circuit? I though only a higher court could do that. If not then why doesn't the 5th circuit just over-overturn the 6th right back? - The Great Awakening

Thats EXACTLY how I respond to my stepfather when he says about some alt-news story" Thats been debunked"

I simply say. Well that debunk has been debunked.
