As good as you can do, probably. The faceless bureaucrats recommending the shot aren't actually the ones taking the children to the provider. Sheesh. Polio was around when I was a kid, at this point I'm starting to think vaccine injuries will have done more damage when all is settled. Many people got over polio and were fine.
