Search NAC and any ailment. Alzheimers, pneumonia, anything. You’ll be shocked at how good it is. Walmart will deliver, the FDA is trying to remove it and make it a prescription so stock up

Fish antibiotics work in a pinch, I learned from a prepper website years ago. Cheap, non-prescription, and available at pet/aquarium stores. I always keep some on hand in case things go sideways.
