I have no problem with that notice. No more problem than I have with the warning on the box my kitchen knife cam in which said ' Danger, this knife is sharp'.

Its just the store trying to protect itself from litigation. As long as they still sell it, why worry.

Road is slippery when wet..... fine, as long as you dont close it.
