No, he said he kept it on a card in his wallet and carries it everywhere with him.

Now, if you hadn't heard the prayer and were just watching the interview, you would assume it was a Catholic St. Michael prayer card available at any Catholic bookstore. Flynn tried to make it sound like he was the victim of anti catholic sentiment.

Flynn spent a LOT of time prior to all this doing the speaking circuit and consulting for big bucks. It's just what he does.
