I remember the Qanon Shaman guy was charged with "Obstruction of official proceeding" and he plead guilty. I don't even know what kind of a crap charge that is, but definitely not something that warrants holding anyone for almost 10 months.

This is what the Google gave me:

52 defendants have been charged with conspiracy. And 175 defendants have been charged with violence.

Seriously, anyone charged with Insurrection or anything serious that warrants holding them in solitary for 10 months?
