Florida statute 876.12- No one over the age of 16 is allowed to wear a mask that covers their identity in public places. Print it out and hand it in.

I don't think that's true... Regardless, the statute itself is even more specific than "public places": http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0800-0899/0876/Sections/0876.12.html
