If his kid dies, and I hope he doesn't, he should be told he murdered him. It's the victim you should feel bad for not the victimizer. People that kill their kids with vaccines should be forced to hear the reality of what they did even if they don't want to accept it. They don't need sympathy because they don't have any themselves. Be selective and discriminate who gets sympathy based on their actions and behavior.
