How much of his own faculties does he have control of? His behavior seems inconsistent. Some days he can't put a sentence together, while on others he can speak a few minutes (but nowhere near as much or as well as Trump). This does, perhaps, have to do with what time of day and his medicine dosage. We are apparently aware of Biden's toilet issues, as well.
Is Biden with it enough to only be able to just go along? Does he even know enough to be complicit? Does he know?
He know enough during his lucid periods to realize he is complicit in an act of treason. This is my opinion. What will the tribunal decide?

I think you need to examine your question a little more closely. "Obama Biden" is not the same person as "present Biden." They both ultimately serve the same master, but it might be helpful to keep the two separate. For example, "Obama Biden" was a pedophile. There is no evidence that "present Biden" is.
