But my guess is some time during 2020, before Biden started his campaign, Q contacted him and made a deal with him, that he would play the role of the bad President (since Q knew they would rig the election and remove Trump at all costs.)
And Biden knew the alternative would be prison and/or death. So it's not a difficult choice is it? Then after the plan succeeds and Biden is probably removed in 2023, he can have his peaceful retirement in some safe place.
So Biden's only missions was to lose an election and be the dumbest person ever, which is still quite an art form. Hence doing the stuff he did in the 2020 campaign like falling asleep on a livestream and saying "you ain't black" etc.
Biden will bring us all to the precipice, and crash/reset the economy etc.
