According to the comments, he's an illegal with no CDL or even drivers license. Ruined his brakes and was seen stopped checking them out prior to "the accident". He then fled the scene injuring 15 MORE people in addition to the 4 he killed. Also turned down an eminently lenient 20-30 yr plea deal. If all that is true ... fuck him, sick of illegals thinking they can break every freaking law without consequence. Sentence deserved.
