Serious question.

It was clearly engineered. It’s clearly not dangerous. It clearly provides natural immunity.

If black hats can bioengineer and release bio weapons, can white hats bioengineer and release vaccines?

But who? How? It's one thing for military to create a defensive bio weapon, but something else altogether if Big Pharma did it... Unless they are under the control of the military. (Patriots are now in control, said Q)
