If Trump doesn't realize the vaccines are unsafe and effective, then he's DUMB.

If Trump knows they are unsafe and ineffective but he encourages people to get them for his own gain, then he is evil.

He isn't dumb nor is he evil.

If you believe he is dumb or evil, then why are you here on ga.win?

So he's doing it for some other reason. And I don't think he spends any appreciable effort beside a few sentences here and there.
