Think about it. We should be able to tell when he was replaced. Was it before Covid? When was the 1st time Trump said he wasn't the same person. The earliest I can find is Jun 2019. Which would make sense because they cheated in 2018. We can look at pictures & video broadcasts to help find dates.

Update: Looks like it happened right after Bush Sr Funeral in Dec 2018. There are articles about Biden going under plastic surgery at the beginning of 2019. All the photos don't look like him after the start of 2019.

Pretty sure Trump was just saying Biden is finished/doesn't stand a chance. You'd normally say things like "that idea is shot" when it would no longer work, or "that lightbulb is shot" when it burns out and is no longer of use.
