Not alive is my position.

No real reason, I just haven't come across enough compelling evidence otherwise. Besides that, Q has said that he's not alive.

It is probably a red herring.

However crazier things have happened in history so it's possible that he did a fake out. But I just cannot not see the advantage of letting Hillary take New York.

I'm 99% sure Hillary had him killed.
