Searching for the photo online shows it to be from a Jerusalem Post article in 2014, and the person in the photo is supposedly the author, Yosef Abramowitz.

Edit: Robert Maxwell was born Ján Ludvík Hyman Binyamin Hoch and changed his name in 1948 after moving to the UK.

Bill Gates' great grandfather, James Willard Maxwell, was born in 1864.
