I think it was required by her workplace (A university) and I just need to know since vax bad and all is she gonna be alright, or do you only die if you take Pfizer/Moderna/Booster?

All of the covid shots kill your immune system. She will be ok as long as she never gets another virus. Getting a virus is what kills them, even a virus like the common cold will do people in.
