I think they're thinking it's something more direct then that because the common denominator seems to be everyone who was in this green room. Probably not enough time to get a viral load to where a dozen people would get sick simultaneously.
Oltman suspects Anthrax because his doctor suspects it, or something like it. Jovan has lesions on his body.
Oltman, who has been sick, is telling us his doctor suspects Anthrax or something out of the usual.
