A quick search answers your question.

My answer has been the same from the start. Trump is using Art of War principles. You amplify what the opposite side is doing to goad them to doubling down a mistake.

Dems are sinking like a rock because of experimental jabs and mandates. And they can't lock us down again.

They will try the lock down game again but harder to do with the experimental jabs being circulated. And the normies believe the jabs "protect them". Normies will resist lockdown again with the availability of the jabs.
