It kind of does...

George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin Powell, and others were convicted in absentia in Malaysia for war crimes and referred to the ICC.

This literally has been filed every three months for 15 months and keeps getting thrown out. This is how the other side makes us look stupid.
