I am not sure how reassuring it is that Kavanaugh is involved considering his previous response. I fear if this is not stopped by the SC that other measures will be tried-withholding insurance or charging more, withholding food stamps, SS checks, etc. Congress needs to make the laws, not the executive branch and OSHA.

Kavanaugh did not give the green light to OSHA. It was a 2-1 decision by judges in the circuit he is responsible for. 1 Obama appointee, 1 Bush and 1 Trump. Guess how they voted.
