Has any got severe nose bleeds happening from these swabs?

I know a few people that after a few swabs had pretty severe & frequent nose bleeds, they never had a problem before...

I lean towards blaming the swabs, but these people getting tested so often not showing any of those symptoms... I'd think people on live TV would eventually get a nose bleed on camera if that was the case.
