I saw that :). And I'm new to looking stuff up like this, but the NYS government webpage allows searches for all different statuses....

I believe the communists running NY will SAY anything.... I trust epoch times, I don't trust Perry to actually follow through... I'll keep checking.though, maybe it takes a bit for it to show that it's really been scratched
