This. I tell people there is a massive body if evidence that gaslighting - regardless of the topic - messes with your head. It is essentially PTSD. What makes you think you are immune to it?

The TNG episode where Picard said 'there are four lights!' - at the very end of that episode admitted he thought there might be five.
