If you're trying to save lives, and you're already handling the logistics... How does it not make sense?

Externalities come into everything else.

China/DS could still be getting deadly stuff onto the market... undisclosed bioweapons, anything.

Further, the testing is fake, we don't know anything about spread for a fact.

Point is, this coming days after trumps mention isn't a coincidence given we know this to be a mil op. It's comms.
