I only bring it up because I saw a podcast mention it and I immediately thought "dog comms," but I will be honest I'm not quite sure what it could mean.

Does anyone have any guesses? Or is this a nothing-burger?

Not really sure. They say that Major kept having "biting incidents" and this time it was with a Secret Service agent. Interesting.

It all means something but I'm bad at interpreting dog comms.
